Campaign Statement – Mukilteo City Council Candidate

“Mukilteo is a great place to live and work — and I’m running for City Council to help keep it that way.”

As a candidate for Mukilteo City Council, I’m committed to preserving the qualities that make our city special, while working to ensure we’re prepared for the future. My top priorities are:

Public Safety: Every resident deserves to feel safe in their home and community. I will support our first responders with the tools, training, and resources they need, while fostering transparency and community trust.

Waterfront Redevelopment: Mukilteo’s waterfront is a jewel of our city. I’ll advocate for a thoughtful, community-focused redevelopment plan that improves access, supports small businesses, protects our environment, and enhances public use for generations to come.

Fiscal Accountability: Taxpayer dollars must be managed with responsibility and transparency. I will work to ensure that city budgets are balanced, investments are smart, and spending aligns with the priorities of our residents.

Support for Seniors: Our senior community deserves access to quality programs, services, and spaces. I’ll champion the expansion and improvement of our Senior Center so it can continue to be a vital, inclusive hub for older adults in Mukilteo.
