Riaz Khan is a dedicated public servant and community leader. He served as a Mukilteo City Council member from 2019 to 2023 and has worked as a Field Service Representative at The Boeing Company. With over 25 years of experience in aviation and leadership, Riaz also manages a successful company as its Managing Director.
Elected to the Mukilteo City Council in 2019, Riaz made history as the first Muslim to hold a City Council position in Snohomish County, Washington. He later ran for State Representative in the 21st district in 2024.
Riaz believes in giving back to the community and prioritizes the well-being and growth of Mukilteo. He values the diversity of faiths, cultures, and beliefs in the community and strives for inclusive progress. Grew up in San Antonio, Texas, Riaz is a certified public manager and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Webster University in Saint Louis, Missouri.
As a passionate advocate for his community, Riaz continues to work towards ensuring a protected and prosperous future for all residents.
